I’m Cim.

I am an artist, photographer
& human behaviourist

With one foot in art & creativity and one in personal growth and inner work, I stand steady right in my passion. I really love combining these two (seemingly different) areas. I am not one without the other, but rather I am constantly weaving them together.

I’ve been working as a professional freelance photographer for over 10 years and in this time I’ve photographed everything from fashion, portraits, retreats, weddings, interior design and events. And I love the variation! I see every assignment as a unique project and custom make every photo session to fit the best possible way to my client.

I love creating photos with people, for people. A good photo, for me, captures something that we can relate to and touches something inside of the viewer. In many ways I see photos as a communication of emotions. This is what I bring into my commercial work and what makes my photos have an impact.

My camera has been my therapist for over 10 years

More than ten years ago, I was in the middle of a depression with panic attacks and hard time breathing, eating and sleeping. This is where my psychological healing journey began - as well as my photo therapy journey.

My camera has helped me understand and move through some of the most challenging times of my life and has taught me so much about myself. I call the camera “the big eye” as it is a powerful tool to really get to see oneself.
